1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the intelHunt Technologies website or engaging intelHunt for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

intelHunt provides technology services including AI automation, digital marketing, custom software development, web development, e-commerce, and analytics. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be set out in a written Statement of Work agreed between you and intelHunt.

intelHunt also operates IHT SEO Tools (tools.intelhunt.com), a software platform for SEO reporting and management. Where you connect third-party integrations such as Google Search Console, access is read-only and used solely to display your SEO performance data within the platform; such use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. 3. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All website content — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of intelHunt Technologies and protected by applicable IP laws.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, intelHunt assigns you all IP rights in deliverables specifically created for your engagement. intelHunt retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in creation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month
  • Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST)

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during an engagement. This obligation survives termination and does not apply to publicly available information or information required by law.

6. Warranties

intelHunt warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill by qualified personnel, and deliverables will materially conform to agreed specifications. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted unless specified in a Statement of Work.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data
  • These limitations apply regardless of form of action

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. You will pay for all work completed to the termination date. intelHunt may terminate immediately for uncured material breach.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
